Credentials are one thingeveryone on your shortlist has thembut the best way to get to gauge the depth of a consultant's knowledge and ability is, well, it's to hire him or her. The second best way is to read the consultant's published works. I've written two books all by my lonesome, co-authored two other books, and written somewhere north of 250 articles published in many of the most respected industry publications and Websites.
