I don’t accept arms, legs, or first born children. Instead, I offer an extremely competitive daily rate.

Reasonable Travel Expenses

What qualifies as “reasonable travel expenses”? Airline travel to and from your location (I fly coach), a rental car (I’m not too tall for economy or compact class), a per diem for meals (30 bucks), and a reasonably-priced hotel room (I’m generally happy with the simple requirements of high-speed Internet access, a private bath, and no bugs).

How Billing Is Computed

With training classes for boxed or retail products, only the days I am on-site are typically billable. Reasonable training class prep and wind-down time are at my cost, not yours. Workflow optimizations, evaluations, and migrations often require billable off-site days for pre- and post-event work. Any custom plug-in, script, or application you need developed is billed separately from time, and is detailed in a quote prior to inception of the work.
